Contact a Family is a charity offering help and information to those caring for a disabled child. Information and support is delivered via a freephone helpline, a nationwide team of volunteer reps, supporting publications on specific issues and via the website.

Creatiscope were appointed to audit all of the charity's visual communications and provide a comprehensive structure for all printed and digital publication strands, as well as window display and signage.

We reworked the existing logo, formulated structured designs for publications and developed colour palettes so that a clear and consistent approach to application could be easily introduced to all branded communications. We also designed and provided templates for in-house use by the charity and continue to advise on publication styles when required.
